We suggested fall salads in our newsletter this week, so how about a salad dressing recipe to go with all your impending, amazing seasonal salads?! Tangy and sweet, and best of all, quick and easy!
Apple Cider Vinaigrette (4-6 Servings)
Ingredients
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl, then shake or whisk together. Serve on your favorite autumnal salad.
Some great ingredients to try on your salad: roasted squash, roasted beets, apples, pecan halves, dried cranberries, goat cheese or feta cheese crumbles, or whatever strikes your fall fancy. Possibilities are endless!
