Sesame Ginger Dressing

We have been taking full advantage of salad season while we can, and with the kids' activities, sports, and school starting up, baking up some chicken strips and chopping them up on a bed of salad has been our weeknight go-to easy meal. That's why we like to have a plethora of salad dressings to make it less repetitive. This sesame ginger dressing is a great option and one of our favorites!

Sesame Ginger Dressing (10 servings)

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 3 Tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 3 Tablespoons honey

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) Sriracha

  • 2 Tablespoons water

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, optional

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar, and whisk or shake well to combine.

  2. Enjoy over salads, as a marinade, in stir fries, or as a dip. Store in refrigerator; dressing will keep for 2-3 days.
